The wellness program enCompass is unique among all communities managed by Presbyterian Homes Inc. Presbyterian Homes and its communities believe that good health and wellness is not something that just happens; it’s something you create.

The enCompass Program is more than a fitness program; it’s a lifestyle. EnCompass emphasizes eight dimensions of health and wellness: social, intellectual, physical, spiritual, safety, nutrition, environmental and community outreach. Recognizing that each of our residents is a unique individual, enCompass is tailored to meet each participant’s specific needs. Through enCompass, the residents of PHI communities access the resources they need to pursue healthy, active lifestyles.

Highly qualified wellness professionals are available at each community. These full-time Wellness Directors provide individual consultation with interested residents. Taking into consideration specific needs, individual interests and personal goals, the director charts a customized plan for improving health and wellness.
